The deal was structured so that CyberArk shareholders would receive $45.00 in cash and 2.2005 shares of Palo Alto Networks stock for each CyberArk share. Palo Alto Networks later completed the acquisition on February 11, 2026.

Palo Alto Networks Acquires Talon Cyber Security
