Palo Alto Networks Acquires The Crypsis Group

Palo Alto Networks has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire The Crypsis Group for $265 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments and approvals. The acquisition will integrate Crypsis' incident response, risk management and digital forensics capabilities into Palo Alto Networks' Cortex XDR platform to strengthen detection, response and breach management.
