Ideanomics has completed the acquisition of VIA Motors, a U.S.-based all-electric commercial vehicle manufacturer. The deal brings VIA's VDRIVE skateboard and VTRUX commercial vehicle portfolio into Ideanomics' Mobility vertical and aims to integrate VIA's electric work trucks with Ideanomics Energy's charging and financing solutions to accelerate commercial EV fleet adoption.

Mercedes-Benz Acquires YASA

Mercedes-Benz has acquired YASA, an Oxford-based pioneer of axial-flux electric motor technology, with YASA operating as a wholly owned subsidiary and retaining its brand, team and facilities. YASA's axial-flux e-motors and engineering team will support Mercedes-AMG's electric-only platform to deliver higher power density and improved performance for future electric Mercedes-AMG vehicles.

Gresham Technologies Acquires Electra Information Systems for $38.6M

Gresham Technologies plc has completed the $38.6 million acquisition of Electra Information Systems, a provider of post-trade automation, reconciliation and data aggregation solutions for buy-side financial firms. The deal expands Gresham's reconciliation and data-control capabilities and strengthens its operations in North America; Electra's employees and customers will be integrated into Gresham's Clareti platform.

Autonomy Acquires EV Mobility's Technology, Assets and Customer Accounts

Autonomy, an electric vehicle subscription company based in Santa Monica, has agreed to acquire the technology, assets and customer accounts of EV Mobility, an all-electric car-sharing platform that provides EVs as an amenity to hotels and multi-family properties. The deal (cash and stock, terms undisclosed) is intended to accelerate Autonomy's entry into car-sharing, expand its product offering, and scale usage through EV Mobility's existing hospitality and property partnerships; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023.

Amca launched with $76.5 million in funding to acquire and develop legacy aerospace and defense suppliers and expand its manufacturing capabilities.

Amca Acquires Electrocube

Amca, an El Segundo–based aerospace and defense company, has acquired Electrocube of Pomona, California from two of the founding families. The deal adds flight‑critical power electronics (transformers, TRUs, capacitors, EMI filters) to Amca’s capabilities; Shedd Capital advised, and Amca plans to invest in engineering and product expansion to strengthen the aerospace supply chain.
