ORG Chem Group Acquires MPR Services

ORG Chem Group LLC, a portfolio company of Owner Resource Group LLC, acquired substantially all of the assets of MPR Services, Inc., expanding Chem Group's presence in amines reclamation and introducing onsite reclamation capabilities via mobile and permanent units. The combined organization will be headquartered in Evansville, Indiana; MPR was previously a wholly owned subsidiary of Tessenderlo Kerley Inc. and the deal closed August 8, 2021.
