The deal adds approximately $2.3 billion of assets under management to CS McKee and includes a leadership transition in which Foundry's Timothy Ford will assume the CEO role at CS McKee.

Credit Suisse Acquires The Klein Group (MK&C) for $175M

Credit Suisse Group AG has acquired The Klein Group LLC (MK&C), the investment banking business of M. Klein & Company LLC, for USD 175 million. The seller will receive equity exposure in CS First Boston via a convertible note and warrant, and Michael Klein will be appointed CEO of Banking, CEO Americas and designated CEO of CS First Boston. The deal is intended to strengthen and accelerate the carveout and build-out of CS First Boston as an independent capital markets and advisory-led business.

Boyne Capital Acquires McKee Utility Contractors

Boyne Capital (through an affiliate) has partnered with McKee Utility Contractors' management and founding family in a platform investment to acquire McKee Utility Contractors, a water and sewer pipeline and utility infrastructure services provider. The investment will support McKee's growth across municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas and help the company capitalize on increased public water/sewer infrastructure spending.

Azimut Group to Acquire North Square Investments via Azimut US

North Square Investments (NSI) has signed a binding agreement to be acquired by Azimut Group through its US subsidiary Azimut US Holdings Inc. The deal is expected to close in early 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. As part of the agreement, Kennedy Capital Management—an Azimut Group company—will become a subsidiary of North Square, which will be renamed Azimut NSI. Azimut NSI’s AUM is projected to rise to over $20 billion post-closing.

EQT Private Equity Acquires Majority Stake in AMCS

EQT Private Equity, through EQT X and EQT Future, will acquire a majority stake in AMCS, a cloud-based and AI-enabled performance and sustainability software provider for resource-intensive industries. Existing majority investor Insight Partners and other investors including Clearlake Capital, Highland Europe, and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund are expected to retain minority stakes.
