NEQSOL Holding Acquires UMCC Titanium (United Mining and Chemical Company JSC)

NEQSOL Holding, through its Cemin Ukraine unit, is in the process of buying 100% of the shares of the state-owned United Mining and Chemical Company JSC (UMCC) as part of Ukraine’s titanium-related privatization. The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the privatization deal, and it is now subject to further regulatory approvals before completion.
