Kontoor Brands, Inc. has completed its acquisition of global outdoor and workwear brand Helly Hansen from Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited. The deal expands Kontoor's portfolio and is expected to be accretive to revenue, adjusted EPS and cash flow in fiscal 2025 while driving greater category, channel and geographic diversification.

Regina-based Brandt Tractor Ltd. completed the acquisition of Calgary-based Cervus Equipment Corporation via a court-approved plan of arrangement on October 22, 2021. The purchaser (13255026 Canada Ltd.), a wholly owned Brandt subsidiary, acquired all outstanding Cervus shares for CAD 19.50 per share (approximately CAD 302 million aggregate), adding Cervus' 64 dealerships and equipment-distribution capabilities across Canada, Australia and New Zealand to Brandt's network.
