Belmar Pharma Solutions Acquires Innovations Group Inc. (Including MedQuest Pharmacy) from UpHealth

UpHealth, Inc. has agreed to sell Innovations Group Inc. (including its compounding pharmacy subsidiary MedQuest Pharmacy, Inc.) to Belmar Pharma Solutions for approximately $56 million in gross proceeds. The transaction is a divestiture intended to sharpen UpHealth's focus on its core telehealth, integrated care, and behavioral health businesses and is expected to close subject to customary conditions.

Navitus Health Solutions Acquires EpiphanyRx; Lumicera Purchases Quality Drug Clinical Care

Pyx Health Acquires InquisitHealth

Pyx Health, a Tucson-based social health engagement platform, has acquired New Jersey-based population health management company InquisitHealth to expand its capabilities, technology offerings, and clinical expertise. The deal brings InquisitHealth's remote peer workforce and chronic-condition management programs into Pyx Health's platform and adds InquisitHealth CEO Dr. Ashwin Patel to Pyx Health's executive team; financial terms were not disclosed.

Ellab Acquires PharmaSys, Inc.

The acquisition integrates RxS’s sampling and engagement technology with Medvantx’s patient access, PAP fulfillment, telehealth and distribution services to broaden capability and accelerate access for pharmaceutical and device manufacturers.
