Change Healthcare (Nasdaq: CHNG) has acquired PDX and its related businesses to expand its pharmacy technology, software and analytics capabilities. The deal brings PDX's pharmacy management, revenue cycle and clinical services platforms into Change Healthcare's portfolio to enable faster integrated development and cross-selling across pharmacies and health systems.
