Concentrix Acquires ServiceSource in All-Cash Deal Valued at $131 Million

Concentrix Corporation reached a definitive agreement to acquire ServiceSource International, Inc. for $1.50 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $131 million, inclusive of net cash. The deal is expected to close in the second half of fiscal year 2022 and is expected to be accretive after synergies.

The acquisition expands Apply Digital's design and creative capabilities, strengthens its presence in the entertainment market and Los Angeles, and increases its global team to more than 650 employees across eight offices.

Accenture to Acquire Digital Engineering and Operational Capabilities From Trancom ITS

Accenture announced it will acquire digital engineering and operational technology capabilities from Trancom ITS, a Japan-based logistics technology services provider. The deal is intended to bolster Accenture Industry X in Japan, enabling hyper-automation and AI-powered supply chain and warehouse solutions at scale. Approximately 190 Trancom ITS engineers will join Accenture Industry X, with Trancom ITS continuing to service Trancom while other client relationships transfer to Accenture.
