The acquisition expands Entech’s footprint across South Florida and adds managed services, next-generation cybersecurity, and vertical expertise in legal, healthcare, and nonprofit markets.

Wonder agreed to acquire sweetgreen’s Spyce business and its Infinite Kitchen technology in a $186.4 million strategic deal.
