Vuzix Corporation sold its Tactical Display Group (TDG) assets to TDG Acquisition Company, LLC for $8.5 million in cash plus a potential $2.5 million earn-out. Geomagic completed the acquisition of Sensable Technologies, Inc.'s 3D design and haptics businesses, bringing Sensable's FreeForm/ClayTools software and Phantom haptic device technology into Geomagic's product portfolio.
