Digital Colony Partners, the digital infrastructure investment platform of Colony Capital, acquired Beanfield Technologies Inc., a Canadian independent bandwidth infrastructure provider. The deal expands Digital Colony’s metro fiber footprint in Toronto and Montreal to serve enterprise, carrier/MNO, and hyperscale data center customers; financial terms were not disclosed.
