    The Enact Fund, managed by private equity firm Endless, has completed two acquisitions: GEO Specialty Chemicals UK Ltd from CPS Performance Materials Group and Par-Pak Europe Ltd / Holfeld Plastics Ltd (trading as Waddington Europe) from Novolex. The transactions are corporate carveouts that give Enact capital and strategic support to invest in operations and accelerate growth across specialty chemicals and sustainable packaging businesses.
