Broadtree Partners acquired ACME Plumbing Company, a fourth-generation commercial and residential plumbing services provider headquartered in Durham, North Carolina. ACME will serve as Broadtree’s platform investment for its mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services strategy, with former owner and CEO Larry Tilley remaining in an advisory role and Tripp Andracchio joining as CEO.

The Riverside Company invested in 1-Tom-Plumber, a franchisor of emergency plumbing and drain cleaning services. The investment adds 1-Tom-Plumber as the sixth add-on acquisition to Riverside’s portfolio company EverSmith Brands, expanding EverSmith’s suite of B2B-focused franchised concepts serving commercial facilities.

Carroll Capital, a family investment office, acquired Charlie's Plumbing, a commercial plumbing services company serving the greater Houston market. The founding family and current owners (including Merrill Crawford, Logan Whitt, and Austin Whitt) will continue to lead the business and remain shareholders as Carroll Capital supports expansion across major Texas markets.

ResiXperts, a residential services company backed by FoW Partners, acquired Handy Plumbing Man, a plumbing service provider based in San Carlos, California. The deal supports ResiXperts’ growth strategy and expansion in the Northern California market, continuing its acquisition of founder-led residential service businesses across the Southwestern and Western United States.

Kingsway Financial Services acquired AAA Flexible Pipe Cleaning Corporation, doing business as Advanced Plumbing and Drain, with the transaction closing on August 1, 2025. The target is a Cleveland, Ohio-based provider of plumbing, waterproofing, and sewer cleaning/repair services serving municipal, commercial, and residential customers. The business will join Kingsway’s Skilled Trades platform.

Champions Group Holdings, an Orange County, California-based provider of HVAC and essential home services, acquired Seattle-based Bee's Plumbing. The deal marks Champions Group’s second acquisition in the Seattle metropolitan area as it expands in high-demand U.S. markets. Bee’s Plumbing will continue operating under its existing brand following the acquisition.

Leap Partners acquired Scenic City Plumbing, a plumbing services provider serving the greater Chattanooga, Tennessee area. Scenic City Plumbing will continue operating under its existing name, with founder Jeff Logan staying on to lead the business and support continuity and growth.

Good Springs Capital-backed Kimbel Mechanical Systems acquired Gibson Plumbing Company, a residential plumbing contractor focused on the Texas market. Headquartered in San Antonio, Gibson adds operations in San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, and Austin, expanding Kimbel’s footprint across four fast-growing Texas regions.

Sila Services, LLC acquired Delco Storm & Sewer Services, a provider of sewer, drain, and complex plumbing solutions serving residential, commercial, and municipal customers in Delaware County and surrounding communities. The acquisition expands Sila Services’ sewer and drain capabilities across its Mid-Atlantic footprint by adding Delco Storm & Sewer’s expertise in sewer line repair, drain clearing, stormwater management, and infrastructure diagnostics.

Legacy Service Partners (LSP), a Tampa, Florida-based home services platform, acquired NJ Pipe Doctor, expanding LSP’s presence in New Jersey. NJ Pipe Doctor, a Woodbridge Township-based provider of plumbing and HVAC services across northern New Jersey, will continue to be managed and operated by owner Ray Reyes and the local team with support from LSP.

P3 Services announced a series of strategic acquisitions completed in 2024 to expand its plumbing and septic services footprint across the Southeast, Southwest, and Pacific Northwest. The acquired companies are Forsyth Septic & Rooter Service, Schrader Plumbing, Bob's Backflow & Plumbing Services, Rolland Reash Plumbing, The Plumbing & Drain Company, and 2 Sons Plumbing. P3 Services is backed by private equity firm Stellex Capital Management.

Redwood Services, a home services platform focused on HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors, partnered with Indianapolis-based Hope Plumbing in a transaction described as a sale to Redwood. As part of the investment, Hope Plumbing’s owners Jack Hope and Brad Persic will retain a significant minority ownership stake and continue operating the business under the Hope Plumbing name with Redwood providing operational, strategic and financial support.

Shore Capital Partners announced a partnership with Ackerman Plumbing, Inc., a commercial plumbing services company headquartered in Sarasota, Florida. Through the acquisition/partnership, Shore aims to support Ackerman’s growth plans and expansion across the southeastern United States.

Repipe Specialists, a Gryphon Investors-backed residential and commercial piping and water services company, acquired A-1 Total Service Plumbing, a Los Angeles-area provider of plumbing, lining, and pipe rehabilitation services. A-1’s management team will remain in place, and founder/owner Raymond Gray will retain a significant ownership stake; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal represents Repipe’s first add-on acquisition since Gryphon’s Heritage Fund acquired Repipe in 2022.

Dan Tulchin, CEO of Sundream (an operating business under Hey Brother Industries), acquired Greater Bay Plumbing from founder Jeff Sarmiento as part of Sarmiento’s retirement and ownership transition. The deal adds Greater Bay Plumbing to Tulchin’s broader portfolio of HVAC and plumbing service businesses across Florida. The transaction was facilitated by Viking Mergers & Acquisitions.

Redwood Services announced it has invested in Tony's Plumbing, a residential plumbing provider serving the Modesto, California area. Tony's leadership (Alex and Andrew Molica) will retain a significant minority ownership stake, while Redwood will provide operational, strategic, and financial support to accelerate growth.

Blue Point Capital Partners-backed Pinnacle MEP announced the acquisition of Bell Plumbing Services, a provider of commercial plumbing solutions. The deal marks Pinnacle MEP’s first add-on acquisition since Blue Point’s partnership was announced in early October and is intended to expand Pinnacle’s plumbing capabilities and density in central and eastern Indiana.

RectorSeal, a manufacturer of HVACR and plumbing accessories, has acquired PF WaterWorks. PF WaterWorks designs and sells plumbing products (notably drains and tubulars) primarily through retail channels, and its product line will be expanded into RectorSeal’s plumbing wholesale channel. PF WaterWorks owner Sanjay Ahuja will continue to lead the retail focus and support product innovation within RectorSeal.

Splash Plumbing announced the acquisition of Pacific Backflow Corporation, a specialist in backflow testing, repair, installation, and certification services. The deal expands Splash Plumbing’s ability to provide certified backflow services across Orange County and San Diego County in Southern California.

Seacoast Service Partners (SSP), a platform formed by White Wolf Capital Group, has acquired Cypress Plumbing. The deal expands SSP’s plumbing services footprint in Southwest Florida and represents SSP’s sixth acquisition as it builds a regional home and commercial services platform across Florida.

Ascension Property Services acquired Palmetto Plumbing Co. of Hialeah Inc. in a transaction advised by Kratos Capital, closing on May 28, 2024. The deal adds Palmetto Plumbing’s South Florida plumbing capabilities and customer base to Ascension’s nationwide specialty trade contractor platform, expanding Ascension’s service offering in the region.

Sila Services, LLC acquired Carter's Plumbing, a plumbing services provider serving Southeast Michigan (including Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, and Livingston counties). The acquisition expands Sila Services' presence in Michigan and the broader Midwest and is intended to support Carter's Plumbing with additional resources, technology, and growth investment.

Trades Holding Co., LLC, a CPC Company, acquired the assets of American Eagle Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, LLC, which operates the Mr. Rooter Plumbing franchises of Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Florence. The deal expands Trades Holding’s Mr. Rooter footprint into Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky and adds to its existing Ohio service areas as part of CPC’s platform growth strategy.

Propel Equity announced the closing of its platform investment in Flow Services Holdings and the launch of Propel Equity. Flow Services Holdings is a newly created residential services platform focused primarily on sewer and drain repair services and intends to scale through future acquisitions.

Seacoast Service Partners (SSP), a White Wolf Capital Group-backed platform, acquired Shamrock Plumbing & Drain Cleaning in Orlando, Florida. Shamrock provides residential and commercial plumbing services across Central Florida, and the deal represents SSP’s third acquisition as it expands its plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration footprint in the Southeastern United States.

Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. acquired Professional Plumbers Group, Incorporated (PPG), a Wylie, Texas-based plumbing services provider serving residential home builders in the greater Dallas area. The deal includes $50 million in cash plus an earnout tied to future EBITDA targets, and PPG will join Sterling’s Building Solutions segment.

Trades Holding Co., LLC, a CPC Company and the largest Mr. Rooter franchisee, acquired the assets of TWD Plumbing Inc. (dba Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Mid-Ohio) in Mansfield, Ohio. The add-on acquisition expands Trades’ footprint in Ohio and is intended to improve customer coverage and strengthen technician training and career development across its service areas.

Gemspring Capital Management acquired a majority interest in AMPAM Parks Mechanical, Inc., a design-build plumbing solutions provider focused on large multifamily residential projects. Co-founder Buddy Parks will remain Chairman and retain a significant ownership stake; financial terms were not disclosed.

Seacoast Service Partners (SSP), a home and commercial services platform formed by White Wolf Capital Group, acquired United Plumbing of Southwest Florida. United Plumbing, based in Fort Myers, Florida, provides residential and commercial plumbing services across the Southwest Florida region. The deal represents SSP’s first acquisition as it builds a plumbing and HVAC services footprint across the Southeastern United States.

P3 Services, a Stellex Capital Management platform providing end-to-end plumbing services, acquired Anchor Plumbing in San Antonio, Texas. The deal expands P3’s presence in high-growth metro areas as it continues its acquisition-driven buildout across the Southeast, Southwest, and Northwest United States. Anchor Plumbing will continue to be led operationally by President Paul Arguijo.

Eagle Merchant Partners invested in and acquired Impact Home Services, an independent owner and operator of Neighborly home services franchises in the Metro Atlanta and broader Georgia markets. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche senior debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction. Impact, founded in 2021 by Shirin Kanji, operates Mr. Rooter Plumbing, Mr. Electric, and Precision Door Service franchises and plans to pursue add-on acquisitions in plumbing, electrical, and garage door repair across Georgia and adjacent markets.

Air Conditioning Specialist, Inc. (ACS), a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, announced investments in P-F Plumbing Contractors, Inc. and Precision Air, Inc. The transactions expand ACS’s footprint into North Carolina and strengthen its presence in Tennessee while significantly growing its plumbing and HVAC service capabilities across the Southeast.

Leap Partners acquired Hornback Plumbing, expanding its Southeast home services footprint into the Kentucky market. Hornback Plumbing will continue operating under its existing brand, with former owners Donnie and Kim Hornback continuing to lead the business from Elizabethtown.

Royal House Partners (RHP) announced the addition of Craftsman Plumbing Company, a plumbing services provider based in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, expanding RHP’s home services presence in the state. RHP, founded in 2021 by CPS Capital and 1801 Holdings, described the deal as its second acquisition of the year to grow its plumbing footprint in Missouri.

Royal House Partners (RHP) announced the addition of Sinak Plumbing, a Saint Louis, Missouri-based plumbing services provider, to its growing home services portfolio. RHP, founded in 2021 by CPS Capital and 1801 Holdings, is pursuing a residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing and electrical roll-up strategy and stated the deal expands its footprint in Missouri and strengthens its plumbing division in the Saint Louis/Saint Charles area.

Leap Partners, a Nashville-based home services company, acquired Drain Werks, a plumbing and drain specialist serving central and northern Alabama. Drain Werks’ leaders Marcus and Duston Williams will continue to lead the business following the acquisition. This deal represents Leap Partners’ fourth acquisition in four months as it builds a regional home services platform in the Southeast.

Royal House Partners (RHP) has made a new investment in and added Schuler Plumbing (Schuler Enterprises) of Oklahoma City to its home services portfolio. The acquisition expands RHP’s plumbing footprint in Oklahoma and represents its fifth acquisition in the state within ten months. RHP was formed in 2021 by CPS Capital and 1801 Holdings to pursue an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services roll-up strategy.

Bessemer Investors LLC made a strategic investment in RotoCo, LLC, the largest franchisee of the Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in the United States and Canada. RotoCo’s existing leadership team, including Founder/CEO Jim Holcomb and President Brian McCann, will continue to lead the company, with the investment intended to support continued organic growth and acquisitions. Financial terms were not disclosed.

An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Andersen Commercial Plumbing, LLC (ACP), a provider of commercial plumbing and HVAC services in Southern California. ACP was previously owned by Seaside Equity Partners, which sold its portfolio company to Sun Capital; financial terms were not disclosed.

Gladstone Investment Corporation acquired Dema Plumbing, a Denver-based plumbing and mechanical systems installation and services provider focused on single-family residential homebuilders in Colorado's Front Range. Simultaneously with the acquisition, Dema Plumbing will merge with Mai Mechanical, LLC, an existing Gladstone Investment portfolio company, to create a larger plumbing and mechanical services platform in the region.

Southern HVAC Corporation acquired Pro Plumbing Services, LLC, a home services contractor providing plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning services across the Piedmont Triad markets in North Carolina. Pro Plumbing will retain its brand while gaining access to Southern HVAC’s training, sales, marketing, and operational resources, and will complement Southern HVAC’s existing Plumbing & Air Service Company presence in the region.

Air Pros USA announced the acquisition of Dallas Plumbing Company, a family-owned HVAC and plumbing services provider serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 1903. Dallas Plumbing Company will operate as an Air Pros USA company and be integrated operationally and on the sales side to support continued growth across North Texas.

Unique Indoor Comfort ("Unique"), a partnership of HVAC and plumbing services companies backed by Grove Mountain Partners, acquired A-Total Plumbing. A-Total Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing repair and installation services in metro Atlanta, and becomes Unique’s seventh acquisition as it expands its home services platform across the Eastern United States.

Southeastern Home Services, backed by WhitneyWilder, acquired Lakeland, Florida-based Pro-Team Plumbing. The transaction is Southeastern Home Services’ second acquisition since its formation in early 2022, following the purchase of Mario's Air Conditioning and Heating. Pro-Team Plumbing founder Jeff Oeschger will remain a partial owner and continue leading the business under the new ownership structure.

Leap Partners Holdings LLC, a Concentric Equity Partners portfolio company, acquired George Plumbing, LLC, a residential and commercial plumbing business in Hartselle, Alabama. Owner Greg George is partnering with Leap Partners and will remain in his leadership role following the transaction. The deal represents Leap Partners’ third acquisition in roughly 60 days as it builds a Southeast home-services consolidation platform.

NearU Services announced the acquisition of PlumbV Inc., a leading residential and commercial plumbing services provider based in Durham, North Carolina. PlumbV will continue to operate under its existing local brand and management team as NearU expands its home services presence in the Raleigh-Durham market.

HomeServe USA Corp. acquired Ken Griffin Plumbing Services, Inc., a family-owned plumbing company founded in 1989 and based in Dayton, Maryland. Ken Griffin and the existing staff will remain with the business, which serves residential and commercial customers across Howard County. The deal represents HomeServe’s fifth acquisition in the greater Washington, D.C. area and is intended to complement HomeServe’s nearby HVAC platform Environmental Systems Associates (ESA).

Palen Kimball, L.L.C. (a Marsden Company) acquired Signature Mechanical, Inc., a full-service plumbing and piping contractor. Signature Mechanical is headquartered in Spring Lake Park, Minnesota and serves commercial new construction and tenant finish-out projects in the Twin Cities area. The transaction closed on April 1, 2022, with Generational Equity advising Signature Mechanical on the sale.

Stellex Capital Management acquired Peltram Plumbing Holdings, LLC (P3), a multi-state plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair services platform, in partnership with the existing management team. The business was purchased from an investor group led by Crescendo Capital Partners, and Stellus Capital Management affiliates provided unitranche senior debt financing along with an equity co-investment to support the acquisition.

HomeServe USA announced the acquisition of United Plumbing Company, a residential plumbing services provider based in Goshen, Kentucky (Louisville area). United Plumbing had been a contractor in HomeServe’s network for 14 years, and following the transaction former owner Christopher Montgomery will serve as General Manager as HomeServe expands into the Louisville market.

Andersen Commercial Plumbing, LLC (ACP) announced it has completed its seventh strategic add-on acquisition in less than three years as part of a regional consolidation strategy in Southern California. The company listed recent acquisitions including ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing, Canyon Air Systems, DC Drains, Kirman Plumbing, Pennine Plumbing, Power Plumbing, and Superior Plumbing, expanding ACP’s plumbing and HVAC service footprint across multiple Southern California markets.

Gryphon Investors, through its Heritage Fund, acquired Repipe Specialists in partnership with the company’s founder and owner Jeff Butler, who will remain President and a significant shareholder. Repipe Specialists, founded in 1991 and headquartered in Burbank, California, provides lead generation, customer qualification, project sales support, training, and billing services for plumbing partners performing re-piping work; financial terms were not disclosed.

Synergos acquired Brewer Companies, adding Brewer Enterprises, Ben Franklin Plumbing AZ, and Brewer Commercial Services to its family of residential construction trade partners. The deal expands Synergos’ production capabilities in Arizona and strengthens its ability to support homebuilders facing supply chain constraints, labor shortages, and scheduling inefficiencies.

Peltram Plumbing Holdings, a portfolio company of Crescendo Capital Partners, acquired Power Plumbing, Inc., a Houston-based plumbing-focused mechanical contractor serving multi-family builders across Texas. GulfStar Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Power, and the transaction closed on July 30, 2021.

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services acquired Clean Slate Septic, a South Florida grease trap and septic tank cleaning service. The deal, completed on June 29, 2021, expands Flamingo’s customer base and service reach across residential and commercial customers in the region.

Thompson Street Capital Partners’ portfolio company Len The Plumber (LTP) completed the acquisition of Larry & Sons Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Drain, and Electrical Services, a residential plumbing and HVAC services provider. The deal expands LTP’s plumbing, HVAC, and electrical capabilities across the Mid-Atlantic region; financial terms were not disclosed.

Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company Len The Plumber (LTP) has acquired Neffsville Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Services, a residential plumbing and HVAC services provider headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The acquisition expands LTP’s footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region; financial terms were not disclosed.

Boyne Capital (through an affiliate) partnered with SageWater’s management team to complete a recapitalization of SageWater, a provider of plumbing infrastructure replacement and repiping services for multi-family condominium and apartment buildings. An affiliate of Grindstone Partners, LLC co-funded the transaction alongside Boyne. SageWater is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia and plans to accelerate growth and expand service capabilities and geographic footprint with the new capital.

Wrench Group LLC acquired All About Water, a Chandler, Arizona-based provider of plumbing and water treatment services in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The deal expands Wrench Group’s footprint in Phoenix and strengthens its ability to deliver home services including plumbing and water solutions.

Dubin Clark & Company, Inc. acquired Affordable Water Heaters and Plumbing, Inc. (AWHAP), an in-home provider of water heater replacement, repair, installation and ancillary plumbing services. Midwest Mezzanine and Reinsurance Group of America provided subordinated debt and equity financing to support Dubin Clark’s acquisition. AWHAP was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Valencia, California.

North Branch Capital-backed Heartland Home Services acquired First Call Plumbing, Inc., a residential plumbing services provider based in Jenison, Michigan. The deal closed June 15, 2020 and expands Heartland’s plumbing capabilities across its Midwest home services footprint.

TurnPoint Services Group acquired Meetze Plumbing Co., Inc., a provider of plumbing and sewer maintenance, repair and replacement services serving residential and commercial customers in the Columbia, South Carolina metro area. Meetze founder Kevin Meetze will continue to lead operations under the Meetze brand as TurnPoint expands its presence in the Carolinas. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) partnered with management to acquire Len the Plumber (LTP), a full-service residential plumbing contractor serving the Baltimore–Washington metro area and surrounding regions. Financial terms were not disclosed. League Park Advisors advised LTP and Jefferies LLC advised TSCP on the transaction.

Winsupply Inc. acquired Rosen Supply, a Tacoma, Washington-based plumbing and heating wholesale distributor serving western Washington. The deal was structured as an asset purchase and financial terms were not disclosed. Rosen family members will continue to manage the business, which will operate as Rosen Supply under the legal name Winsupply of Seattle WA Co.

Huron Capital-backed Pueblo Mechanical & Controls, an ExecFactor platform providing commercial HVAC services, acquired Niemeyer Brothers Plumbing, Inc., a commercial plumbing services provider in the greater Phoenix area. The deal expands Pueblo’s service offering by adding plumbing as a new service line and strengthens its commercial reach in the Phoenix market. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Montlake Capital made a strategic growth equity investment to recapitalize Fast Water Heater Company, a provider of residential and commercial plumbing services focused on water heaters. ACT Capital Advisors served as financial advisor to Fast Water Heater Company on the transaction. Fast Water Heater will continue to be led by CEO Jason Hanleybrown.
