Legal Services Acquisitions in Canada

Veritext Legal Solutions acquired Vancouver-based court reporting agency Reportex and its family of brands in British Columbia, Canada. As part of the transaction, Veritext also acquired United Reporting and Kamloops Reporting Services, which will be integrated into Veritext’s Canadian operations to expand national coverage and litigation support services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
