Intelligent power management company Eaton has completed its acquisition of Fibrebond, a designer and builder of pre-integrated modular power enclosures. Under the agreement, Eaton paid $1.4 billion and expects the deal to be neutral to earnings per share in 2025, with Fibrebond expected to generate $110 million of estimated 2025 adjusted EBITDA.
