Zendesk Acquires Tymeshift

Zendesk has completed the acquisition of Tymeshift, a workforce management solution built on the Zendesk platform, adding native multi-channel WFM, predictive AI forecasting and automatic scheduling to its CX product set. The AI-powered Tymeshift product—already used by more than 350 Zendesk customers—will be integrated into Zendesk to provide real-time scheduling, forecasting and visibility for contact center and multi-channel support teams.
