Volaris Group Inc., an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., completed the acquisition of SSP Limited, a global supplier of technology systems and software for the property & casualty insurance industry. The deal is Volaris' seventh acquisition in its Insurance and Benefits Administration vertical and is intended to expand Volaris' insurance technology capabilities and global footprint while allowing SSP to continue operating autonomously.
