The deal expands NAPCO’s injection-molded PVC fitting offerings and broadens market coverage (including plumbing, pool and spa, industrial, irrigation, and retail).

The transaction, a divestiture led by GulfStar Group as advisor to Plasson, closed on December 31, 2021 and expands ISCO's HDPE fittings and fabrication capabilities across North America.
