Vista Equity Partners has completed its all-cash acquisition of Duck Creek Technologies for $19.00 per share, valuing the company at approximately $2.6 billion. The deal takes Duck Creek private and pairs its cloud-based P&C insurance software platform with Vista’s enterprise software-focused investment platform to accelerate product and cloud adoption among insurance carriers.
