Viant Technology Acquires IRIS.TV

Viant Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: DSP) has acquired IRIS.TV, a content data platform for Connected TV (CTV) that indexes millions of streaming video files and integrates with hundreds of publishers and platforms. IRIS.TV will continue to operate independently under its co-founders, and the deal is intended to expand Viant's CTV content identification and contextual targeting capabilities across premium publishers and ad platforms.
