Vectrus, Inc. and The Vertex Company announced an all-stock merger to create a leading global provider of mission-essential government services. The combined company will have pro forma 2021 revenue of approximately $3.4 billion, pro forma backlog of about $11.3 billion, and is expected to deliver cost synergies and enhanced capabilities while maintaining Vectrus’s NYSE listing and a Northern Virginia headquarters post-close.
