ASTI Mobile Robotics Group Acquires InSystems Automation

ASTI Mobile Robotics Group has completed a full acquisition of Germany-based InSystems Automation GmbH, integrating its proANT mobile-robot product line and team. The deal expands ASTI's AGV and mobile robotics portfolio, strengthens its presence in the DACH region and the United States, and increases the group workforce to over 300 employees.

UST Acquires Majority Stake in Italdesign (with Audi Group Strategic Partnership)
