Ascentis Acquires Integrated Time Systems

Ascentis, a Minneapolis-based provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions, has acquired Integrated Time Systems (ITS), a Wisconsin-based time and attendance solutions provider. The deal strengthens Ascentis' workforce management capabilities, expands its geographic presence in the U.S. Midwest, and enhances its customer service and HCM product suite.

The acquisition — from Ascent's financial sponsor Sycamore Hill Capital Partners — expands ACS Group's geographic footprint and strengthens its IT and life-sciences staffing capabilities as ACS pushes toward the $1 billion revenue milestone.

Wesco International Acquires Ascent for $185 Million

Wesco International entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ascent LLC, a provider of data center facility management services, for a cash-free, debt-free purchase price of $185 million. The acquisition complements Wesco’s data center solutions portfolio with Ascent’s site operations capabilities, engineering/design-build expertise, and its proprietary Navigator client dashboard platform.
