Triton Combines Assemblin and Caverion to Form Assemblin Caverion Group

Triton is combining its portfolio companies Assemblin and Caverion into the newly formed Assemblin Caverion Group, creating a leading Northern European technical service and installation business. The combined group will be incorporated in Sweden, operate across around ten countries, generate roughly EUR 3.8 billion (SEK 43.5 billion) in annual turnover and employ about 21,900 people; leadership will be drawn from both businesses with Assemblin CEO Mats Johansson as Group CEO.

Triton Fund IV has sold a portfolio of four companies—Assemblin, EQOS Energie, Flokk and Unica—into a new vehicle, Triton IV Continuation Fund (TIV CF), which closed at €1.63 billion. The continuation fund was underwritten by HarbourVest Partners and LGT Capital Partners with anchor commitments from Eurazeo and Pantheon, and provides liquidity to Triton Fund IV investors while allowing rollovers into the new vehicle.

Eleda, headquartered in Stockholm, is a civil engineering and infrastructure services group operating regional companies with ~800 employees and pro forma sales of approximately SEK 3.0 billion (12 months to Sept 2019).
