Trane Technologies Acquires Farrar Scientific

Trane Technologies has completed the acquisition of Farrar Scientific, a provider of proprietary ultra-low temperature control technologies used in biopharmaceutical and life-science manufacturing. The deal transfers Farrar's technology, personnel and a development and assembly operation in Marietta, Ohio to Trane's new Life Science Solutions business to expand its cold-chain and ultra-low temperature capabilities for healthcare manufacturing customers.
