TIP Trailer Services Acquires Ryder Ltd’s UK Trailer Leasing and Maintenance Business

TIP Trailer Services (TIP), a portfolio company of I Squared Capital, signed a deal to acquire Ryder Ltd’s trailer leasing and maintenance business in the UK, including its mobile maintenance services division. The acquisition is expected to complete in June 2022 and will add about 3,550 trailers and expand TIP’s UK workshop footprint, including a site in Lichfield and parking locations in Shepshed and Manchester.
