Thunderbird LLC Acquires Bright Plastics Inc.

Thunderbird LLC has acquired Bright Plastics Inc., an injection-molding manufacturer based in Greensboro, North Carolina. The deal adds Bright Plastics’ Class 7 ISO-compliant clean room, 67,000- and 103,000-square-foot facilities and more than 160 employees to Thunderbird’s portfolio, expanding its plastics manufacturing and medical/industrial production capabilities.

Trelleborg Group Acquires Minnesota Rubber and Plastics from KKR

Trelleborg Group has completed the acquisition of Minnesota Rubber and Plastics (MRP) from KKR. The deal transfers a global materials-science and precision polymer components business (more than 1,450 employees across six countries) to Trelleborg, which will integrate MRP's elastomer and thermoplastic capabilities into its sealing and polymer solutions portfolio.

Trelleborg Group Acquires Aero-Plastics Inc.

Trelleborg Group, through its Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business area, has signed an agreement to acquire Aero-Plastics Inc., a Renton, Washington-based manufacturer of precision injection-molded and thermoformed high-performance polymer components for the aerospace interiors market. The acquisition — expected to close in Q2 2025 — expands Trelleborg's thermoplastics and interiors capabilities, adds capacity and customer relationships, and is intended to generate sales synergies within its aerospace offering.

Parkway Products Acquires LMR Plastics from Leonard Industries Manufacturing

Parkway Products, a Florence, Kentucky-based manufacturer backed by private equity sponsor Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of LMR Plastics in Greeneville, Tennessee from Leonard Industries Manufacturing, LLC. The add-on expands Parkway's large-tonnage injection molding and in-mold decorating capabilities and adds a southeastern U.S. production location to Parkway's network.

Lear Corporation Acquires M&N Plastics

Lear Corporation acquired M&N Plastics, a Michigan-based injection molding specialist, to strengthen vertical integration and expand its capability to produce engineered plastic components for automotive electrical distribution and power electronics. M&N Plastics operates facilities in Sterling Heights, Michigan and El Paso, Texas and will support Lear's E-Systems connection systems business.

Blue Ant Media Corporation Acquires Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc.

The deal closed on January 28, 2026, with consideration paid as a mix of Blue Ant shares and $40 million in cash (subject to election and proration).
