Thoma Bravo Acquires Aucerna from Rubicon Technology Partners

Thoma Bravo has agreed to acquire Aucerna, a Calgary-based provider of integrated planning, execution and reserves software for the oil & gas industry, from Rubicon Technology Partners. The transaction, announced in February 2019 and expected to close subject to customary conditions, will support Aucerna’s continued growth and strategic acquisitions; terms were not disclosed.
