Cognizant has entered into an agreement to acquire Thirdera, a Broomfield, Colorado-based Elite ServiceNow partner specializing in advisory, implementation, and optimization. The deal is expected to close in January 2024 and is aimed at expanding Cognizant’s ServiceNow capabilities—particularly around training/certifications and AI-driven automation—building a $1B combined business with ServiceNow.

Thirdera Acquires SilverStorm Solutions

Apptium’s billing, subscription management and marketplace capabilities will be integrated to help TD SYNNEX partners accelerate time-to-revenue and manage multi-cloud and subscription/consumption-based services.
