Sysnet Global Solutions Acquires NuArx

Sysnet Global Solutions, a Dublin-based provider of cybersecurity and PCI compliance solutions, has acquired NuArx, Inc., a Southfield, Michigan-headquartered provider of PCI compliance SaaS and managed security for retail, restaurant, convenience and grocery merchants. The deal — a successful exit for One Equity Partners — expands Sysnet’s SecurePCI and managed-security capabilities and accelerates its North American market presence; terms were not disclosed.

NETGEAR Inc. announced a definitive agreement to acquire Exium, a cybersecurity company, to add an integrated Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform to its networking offering for small and medium enterprises. The combined solution is intended to integrate networking and security capabilities and be deployable and manageable by small IT teams and MSPs, with Exium CEO Farooq Khan continuing to lead the Exium solution post-close. Closing is expected by the end of Q2 2025, subject to customary conditions.
