Sysdyne Technologies has acquired Slabstack to create an AI-powered, end-to-end cloud platform that unifies pricing, CRM, sales optimization, operations, dispatch, delivery and billing for construction materials producers. The acquisition expands Sysdyne’s capabilities beyond ready-mix into aggregates and asphalt while Slabstack will continue operating under its existing leadership as a standalone product within the Sysdyne family.
