Surgical Notes has acquired Zulu Health, a Los Angeles-based revenue cycle management (RCM) provider focused on ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). The deal brings Zulu Health's leadership and RCM capabilities into Surgical Notes (a CapStreet Group portfolio company) to expand and strengthen ASC-focused RCM services nationwide.

Zydus Lifesciences Limited entered into exclusive negotiations to buy a controlling 85.6% stake in Amplitude Surgical, valuing the block at €256.8 million (€6.25 per share), from PAI Partners and certain minority shareholders. After regulatory conditions were fulfilled, the 85.6% stake was completed, and Zydus will file (and then conduct) a simplified mandatory tender offer for the remaining shares at the same €6.25 price, followed by a squeeze-out to delist.
