(NASDAQ:SUNW) agreed to acquire privately held Solcius, LLC in an all-cash transaction valued at $51.8 million (cash-free, debt-free), combining Sunworks' commercial and utility capabilities with Solcius' residential installation platform. The deal creates a national solar provider with a presence in 12 states and pro forma 2020 revenue of approximately $131.5 million, with Sunworks expecting synergies and near-term profitability post-integration.
