Sun Valley Investments AG Increases Stake in Mineros S.A.

Sun Valley Investments AG completed a public offer to purchase 23,851,918 common shares of Mineros S.A. at COP 5,500 per share, acquiring the shares for COP 131,185,549,000 (approximately CAD $44.9M). The purchase increases Sun Valley’s ownership in Mineros from 57.42% to approximately 65.38%; Sun Valley says it will hold the shares for investment purposes and may further adjust or engage with the company over time.

The deal includes $10 million payable in cash at closing and contingent consideration of up to $60 million tied to mineral ore tonnage under an approved plan and environmental license, with an expected closing in the first quarter of 2026.

Mineros S.A. Acquires Remaining 80% Interest in La Pepa Project from Pan American Silver Corp
