The deal adds 13 employees and brings regulatory consulting, statutory outsourcing and insurance accounting training capabilities into SS&C's insurance services lineup.

The acquisition expands SS&C’s capital markets technology offerings by adding Tier1’s CRM, deal management, and compliance capabilities for investment banking, sales & trading, and equity research teams.
