Sovereign's Capital Acquires Ascend Wireless Networks

Sovereign's Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm, has acquired Ascend Wireless Networks, a design-build telecommunications infrastructure and tower services contractor founded in 2013. Hyde Park Capital served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Ascend's shareholders; the acquisition positions Ascend to expand its telecom infrastructure capabilities under Sovereign's ownership.
