Sirion Acquires Eigen Technologies to Expand Document AI Capabilities

Sirion, an AI-native contract lifecycle management (CLM) provider, has acquired Eigen Technologies, a Document AI and intelligent document processing specialist. The deal brings Eigen’s document-extraction models and AI governance capabilities into Sirion’s platform to accelerate the transition from contract intelligence to full document intelligence, and to expand capabilities for financial services and insurance customers.

DocuSign Acquires Lexion for $165 Million
