Clarivate Acquires ProQuest for $5.3 Billion

Clarivate plc completed its acquisition of ProQuest, a global software, content, data and analytics provider for research and learning institutions, for $5.3 billion (including repayment of ProQuest debt). The deal was first announced in May 2021 and expands Clarivate’s research intelligence platform with ProQuest’s curated content and SaaS solutions.

SilverTree Equity Acquires Thesis from Advent International

Clarivate Acquires CPA Global
