Siemens Acquires MultiMechanics

Siemens has acquired MultiMechanics, the developer of the MultiMech materials modeling and simulation software, from investors including Anzu Partners (and fellow investor Solvay). MultiMechanics will be integrated into Siemens Digital Industries Software and incorporated into the Simcenter offering within Siemens' Xcelerator portfolio to add materials-engineering and digital-twin capabilities.
