Seiko Epson Corporation (Epson) has agreed to acquire Fiery, LLC from Siris Capital Group, LLC (Siris and affiliates including Electronics for Imaging/EFI) in a transaction valued at approximately $591 million. The deal is expected to close within 2024, subject to customary regulatory approvals, with Fiery expected to remain operating as an independent provider of digital front ends (DFEs) and workflow solutions.
