Saint-Gobain to Acquire FOSROC

Saint-Gobain has signed a definitive agreement to acquire FOSROC for $1,025 million in cash. FOSROC is a global construction chemicals manufacturer with ~3,000 employees, 20 plants and expected 2024E sales of $487 million; the deal strengthens Saint-Gobain's presence in India, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific and is expected to deliver roughly $54 million of run-rate synergies by year three.
