Safelite Group Acquires Troy Auto Glass

Safelite Group has acquired the assets of Troy Auto Glass in Troy, Michigan, completing the transaction on April 28, 2021. The acquisition expands Safelite's local service footprint and brings Troy Auto Glass associates and capabilities (including vehicle glass repair and recalibration expertise) into the Safelite AutoGlass network.

Safelite Group Acquires Thompson Auto Glass

Safelite Group has acquired the auto glass assets of New Hampshire-based Thompson Auto Glass, a three-location operator with sites in Windham, New Hampshire; Brockton, Massachusetts; and Rocky Hill, Connecticut. The acquisition (closed January 5) expands Safelite’s New England footprint and gives Thompson access to Safelite’s operational systems, ADAS recalibration expertise, distribution network, and insurer/commercial relationships.
