The Rollsource purchase includes a converting facility in Pittsburg, Kansas, while the Appvion transaction included no production assets — Pixelle will manufacture those products at its Chillicothe, Ohio mill. These add-ons expand Pixelle's product portfolio in carbonless and security papers and broaden its service to forms printers and related customers.
