The acquisition folds Modern Fertility’s at‑home testing, research, digital tools, and community into Ro’s vertically integrated platform and places Modern Fertility’s co‑founders in leadership roles within Ro’s women's health vertical.

Achieve Partners Acquires Ro Health

Achieve Partners, a New York-based private investment firm, has acquired Ro Health, a Seattle-based medical staffing and home health agency, to support development of apprenticeship and training programs for school nurses and behavioral health professionals. The investment will help Ro Health scale its staffing services across K–12 schools, home health, long-term care and public health settings and address acute shortages of school-based healthcare workers.

Diversified Medical Healthcare Acquires RapidRona

Diversified Medical Healthcare (DMH), a Greenville, South Carolina–based healthcare holding company, has acquired RapidRona, an at-home COVID-19 testing brand that received FDA EUA in December 2020. The acquisition — which closed in Q2 2021 — brings RT‑PCR at‑home testing capability and an associated CLIA lab network into DMH's portfolio to expand its consumer-facing home wellness and diagnostic offerings.

Healthy.io Acquires Labrador Health to Expand Quantitative At-Home Kidney Diagnostics

Healthy.io has signed an agreement to acquire Labrador Health, a startup developing quantitative urine testing technology for lab-grade at-home results. The acquisition will integrate Labrador’s quantitative platform with Healthy.io’s FDA-cleared and CE-marked at-home diagnostics to launch next-generation quantitative kidney testing, including an ACR test expected in 2026.

Curative Inc. Acquires KorvaLabs, Inc.

Curative Inc. has acquired KorvaLabs, a CLIA-certified and DEA-licensed analytical laboratory based in San Dimas, California, formalizing a partnership that supported Curative's manufacture and processing of its oral fluid COVID-19 test. The acquisition strengthens Curative's testing capacity — to date the organizations processed 245,371 tests together and were processing roughly 14,000 tests per day — and secures in-house manufacturing and processing capabilities.
