American Securities has made a strategic growth investment in RealManage to support the HOA and condominium management company's continued organic and inorganic expansion, including acquisitions and branch openings. RealManage, which serves more than 3,000 communities across 19 states and operates the CiraConnect SaaS platform and GrandManors division, will use the capital and partnership resources to accelerate technology investment and geographic expansion.

NetRoadshow Acquires DealSite Inc.

DoorDash Acquires SevenRooms

DoorDash announced it has reached an agreement to acquire SevenRooms, a New York City-based hospitality technology and CRM platform, to enhance its Commerce Platform with omnichannel tools for restaurants and hospitality businesses. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025; a subsequent press release states PSG has completed the sale of its minority stake in SevenRooms to DoorDash as part of DoorDash’s $1.2 billion acquisition.

Agilysys Acquires ResortSuite

Agilysys, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ResortSuite, a Toronto-based provider of integrated property management software for resorts and multi-amenity hotels, in an all-cash deal of approximately $25 million. The acquisition (expected to close in early January 2022) will expand Agilysys' presence in the resort/hotel PMS market and bring cloud-native SaaS options and integrated contactless capabilities to ResortSuite customers.

CUBE Acquires Reg-Room LLC

CUBE, a provider of Automated Regulatory Intelligence and Regulatory Change Management solutions, has acquired Reg-Room LLC, a New York–based regulatory intelligence provider serving the financial services industry. The acquisition expands CUBE's regulatory content and horizon-scanning capabilities by integrating Reg-Room's curated regulatory summaries and products (Reg-Track, Reg-Impact, Regulatory Risk Report) into CUBE's RegPlatform and AI engine (RegBrain).

Deckard Technologies Acquires AllTheRooms to Expand STR Data & Compliance Capabilities

Deckard Technologies has acquired Wilmington, Delaware-based short-term rental analytics group AllTheRooms to strengthen its Rentalscape short-term rental management and tax compliance platform. The deal adds AllTheRooms' data assets, three U.S. patents and key team members (including CEO Will Pearson, who joins Deckard as Director of Operations), enabling capability expansion and entry into new markets.
