Rapid Care Acquires DeepDoc to Expand AI-Powered Medical Record Intelligence

Rapid Care has acquired DeepDoc, a generative AI platform that analyzes and summarizes unstructured medical records to create concise, searchable clinical intelligence. Rapid Care said the deal deepens its AI roadmap and strengthens its ability to streamline “patient-to-payment” workflows across insurance, medicolegal, independent medical exams, and utilization review.
