Quikrete Holdings, Inc., a privately owned family building-products company, completed an all-cash acquisition of Forterra, Inc. for $24.00 per share, taking Forterra private and delisting its common stock from NASDAQ. The deal expands Quikrete's product offering into water and drainage infrastructure pipe and related precast concrete products, and consolidates Forterra's business previously held by Lone Star Americas Acquisitions and public shareholders.
