Six clinics will operate as part of Lovelace Health System in New Mexico and 12 will become part of Hillcrest HealthCare System in Oklahoma, expanding Ardent’s ambulatory footprint in both markets.

Pennant Group Acquires Ardent Hospice and Palliative Care

(through its hospice/home-health subsidiary Cornerstone Healthcare, Inc.) acquired the assets of Ardent Hospice and Palliative Care, expanding its hospice and home health footprint in California across the Central Valley, Palm Springs and San Diego. The acquired agencies had a collective hospice average daily census of approximately 90 patients prior to the transaction and will be integrated into Pennant’s existing home health and hospice operations.

PureHealth Acquires 60% Stake in Hellenic Healthcare Group
