EQT Private Capital Asia, via BPEA Private Equity Fund VIII, acquired Southeast Asia PropTech company PropertyGuru Group Limited in an all-cash transaction valuing the business at approximately USD 1.1 billion (USD 6.70 per share). QuinStreet, Inc. has closed its acquisition of SIREN GROUP AG d/b/a HomeBuddy for $190 million (approximately $115 million cash at closing plus $75 million in post-closing payments payable over four years). QuinStreet will integrate HomeBuddy into its Modernize Home Services business to expand its home services performance marketing platform, and expects the deal to be accretive to adjusted EBITDA (adding an expected $30 million+ in the first 12 months).
